ADGRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, C-Raf, and Rad50. Each is linked with ADGRB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by ADGRB1-low versus ADGRB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
