ADGRA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR378F, YARS1, and SF3B4. Each is linked with ADGRA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR378F grouped by ADGRA3-low versus ADGRA3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
