Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRA1-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRA1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02641, YBX1P9, and UBTFL3. Each is linked with ADGRA1-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRA1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRA1-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02641 grouped by ADGRA1-AS1-low versus ADGRA1-AS1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRA1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRA1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
