Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADCY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,910 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, NID2, and ILK. Each is linked with ADCY4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY4-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY4 results are reported.
