Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADCY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,398 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADCY4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T cell mediated cytotoxicity, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell extravasation. Each is linked with ADCY4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADCY4-to-partner and partner-to-ADCY4 results are reported.
