Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,014 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNC, ERG_S81, and AKAP12_T1116. Each is linked with ADAMTS9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS9-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS9 results are reported.
