Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL3, PALM2AKAP2, and NES. Each is linked with ADAMTS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS3-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS3 results are reported.
