Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAMTS3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADAMTS3 data layer compared with 15 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ADAMTS3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAMTS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and HNSC show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRP, and STAD are the cancer types where ADAMTS3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
