ADAMTS15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM16, LINC01812, and SOCAR. Each is linked with ADAMTS15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS15-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM16 grouped by ADAMTS15-low versus ADAMTS15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
