ADAMTS14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,161 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, P4HA2, and PLOD1. Each is linked with ADAMTS14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS14-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS14 versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
