ADAMTS14

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 790 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC15, PTGDS, and SOD3. Each is linked with ADAMTS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS14-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS14 versus ZDHHC15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
