ADAMTS14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 539 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, DGAT2L6, and LILRA1. Each is linked with ADAMTS14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS14-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by ADAMTS14-low versus ADAMTS14-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
