ADAMTS10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS30, TIMM21, and SENP3-EIF4A1. Each is linked with ADAMTS10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS10-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS30 grouped by ADAMTS10-low versus ADAMTS10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
