The most reproducible ADAM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R38P, DSCR8, and MTCO1P3. Each is linked with ADAM7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM7-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM7 results are reported.
