Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,084 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB10, LILRA5, and PTCRA. Each is linked with ADAM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM7-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB10 grouped by ADAM7-low versus ADAM7-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
