ADAM23

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,351 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SNU13, and SYNGR1. Each is linked with ADAM23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM23-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM23 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
