ADAM23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, GAPDH, and Ku80. Each is linked with ADAM23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM23-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ADAM23-low versus ADAM23-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
