The most reproducible ADAM23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transporter activity, Negative regulation of voltage-gated potassium channel activity, and Negative regulation of ferroptosis. Each is linked with ADAM23 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM23-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM23 results are reported.
