ADAM22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,324 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAM22_S834, TRIP12, and VCAN. Each is linked with ADAM22 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM22-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM22 versus ADAM22_S834 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
