ADAM22

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM22 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADAM22 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ADAM22 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAM22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where ADAM22 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
