ADAM22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2S1, RBM15, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with ADAM22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM22-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF2S1 grouped by ADAM22-low versus ADAM22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
