Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of DNA recombination, and Positive regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with ADAM22 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM22-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM22 results are reported.
