ADAM22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 323 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are GP9, KRTAP21-2, and RESP18. Each is linked with ADAM22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM22-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GP9 grouped by ADAM22-low versus ADAM22-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
