Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM21P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,695 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM21P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere capping, Transcription by RNA polymerase III, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with ADAM21P1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM21P1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM21P1 results are reported.
