Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM21P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADAM21P1 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ADAM21P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAM21P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.
MESO, DLBC, and UCS are the cancer types where ADAM21P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
