ADAM21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,616 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM21-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, RHBDD3, and ATP6V1D. Each is linked with ADAM21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM21-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by ADAM21-low versus ADAM21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
