ADAM18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM18-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA5, RNASE9, and GML. Each is linked with ADAM18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM18-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA5 grouped by ADAM18-low versus ADAM18-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
