ADAM15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, OTOP1, and TBPL2. Each is linked with ADAM15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM15-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by ADAM15-low versus ADAM15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
