ADAL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAL protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,228 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPI, MYL6B, and COPS5. Each is linked with ADAL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAL-to-partner and partner-to-ADAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAL versus MPI in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
