ACY3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACY3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STXBP5L, ARHGAP26, and UBA7. Each is linked with ACY3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACY3-to-partner and partner-to-ACY3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACY3 versus STXBP5L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
