Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,078 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL29, APEH, and PARP3. Each is linked with ACY1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACY1-to-partner and partner-to-ACY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACY1 versus RPL29 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
