ACY1

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACY1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACY1 data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ACY1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where ACY1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
