ACY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP7P1, RNU6-467P, and MTND6P9. Each is linked with ACY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACY1-to-partner and partner-to-ACY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP7P1 grouped by ACY1-low versus ACY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
