Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,808 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACVR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMEB1, TYMS, and RAD51. Each is linked with ACVR1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMEB1 grouped by ACVR1B-low versus ACVR1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
