ACVR1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACVR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,855 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB39, KMT2D, and ARID2. Each is linked with ACVR1B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR1B versus ZBTB39 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
