ACTRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1174P, SSRP1, and CHEK1. Each is linked with ACTRT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1174P grouped by ACTRT1-low versus ACTRT1-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
