ACTRT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH8, ZBTB41, and KMT2A. Each is linked with ACTRT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH8 grouped by ACTRT1-low versus ACTRT1-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
