ACTRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,324 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHP4, PPL, and NCKAP1. Each is linked with ACTRT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPHP4 grouped by ACTRT1-low versus ACTRT1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
