ACTR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,926 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TASOR, QRICH1, and RBBP9. Each is linked with ACTR8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR8-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR8 versus TASOR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
