ACTR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP396, TMEM225, and TRDD1. Each is linked with ACTR8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR8-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP396 grouped by ACTR8-low versus ACTR8-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
