Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,680 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ACTR8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR8-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR8 results are reported.
