ACTR3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHDP4, RNU2-53P, and RN7SL478P. Each is linked with ACTR3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHDP4 grouped by ACTR3B-low versus ACTR3B-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
