Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S3, RN7SKP264, and RNU6-1180P. Each is linked with ACTN4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN4-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1S3 grouped by ACTN4-low versus ACTN4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
