Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTL7B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTL7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C6, ADIG, and TMEM95. Each is linked with ACTL7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL7B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C6 grouped by ACTL7B-low versus ACTL7B-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTL7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTL7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
