Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTL7B RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTL7B data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ACTL7B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTL7B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and BRCA show a favorable association.

COAD, SCLC, and CHOL are the cancer types where ACTL7B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
