ACTL6A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTL6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,087 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTL6A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, GMPS, and HAT1. Each is linked with ACTL6A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL6A-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTL6A versus FXR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTL6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTL6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
