ACTB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,006 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY3P12, RNU6-264P, and RN7SL163P. Each is linked with ACTB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTB-to-partner and partner-to-ACTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY3P12 grouped by ACTB-low versus ACTB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
