Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA2, PRAMEF1, and POTEM. Each is linked with ACSS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS1-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2 grouped by ACSS1-low versus ACSS1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
