Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,830 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, DOCK11, and SERPINB8. Each is linked with ACSL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL4-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL4 results are reported.
