Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,449 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of icosanoid secretion, Positive regulation of ferroptosis, and Negative regulation of fatty acid transport. Each is linked with ACSL4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSL4-to-partner and partner-to-ACSL4 results are reported.
